About The Event:
Looking for other nomad families to hang out with for Halloween? This is our inaugural 50 Pies Event! We’ve been spreading #culinarykindness with pizza and pie parties across the country, so we thought why not make it into a week long event of food, friends, community building? And let’s throw in some Halloween and fall festivities, too! We will spend the week making and sharing food and celebrating the autumn season in the beautiful northeast.
About the Venue:
We will be staying at The Prince-Phillips Millstone. This is a beautiful 130 acre property in Scio, NY. It is just 2 hours from Niagara Falls (for any pre or post event easy exploration!), and 1 hour from the “grand canyon of the east”, also known at Letchworth State Park. This event will be dry camping (boondocking). There will be water available on site if you need a refill, but please arrive with full tanks. There will be an optional midweek pump-out service available on Wednesday that can be added on for a $25 fee paid directly to the pump-out company (please bring cash). We will have full access to the recreation hall on site. The recreation hall has a large enough space for everyone to hang out in for activities or if the weather doesn’t cooperate. There is a small kitchen that we can use for our cooking classes, and there are tons of games, including a pool table, dart board, playstation, movies, and board games. There is also a playground on site. The recreation hall has 3 bathrooms, 2 of which have showers that can be used if needed.

What your $125 fee includes:
- Field Trip to Pumpkinville on Tuesday
- Instructor led cooking classes (taught by fulltime RVers with recipes adapted to RV lifestyle). Ingredients and instruction will be provided. Gluten free alternatives will be available when possible.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancel 60 days before the event 8/26/24 and receive a full refund (minus a $20 cancellation fee).
Cancel between 60 and 30 days before the event 8/26/24–9/26/24 for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 30 day before the event (after 9/26/24) will receive no refund.
